WIRDA has signed Memorandum Of Understandings (MOU) (See details ..) with CBO partner leaders (in photo)representing 200 Community Based and Faith Based (FBO) organizations (View them..) These CBOs and FBOs represent over 500,000 poor ,orphaned and vulnerable children(OVC), widows, women in commercial sex, unemployed adult youth in and out of school, single mothers, the disabled and elderly , and families that have absorbed so many OVC.
